Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days after leaving our warehouse. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

My order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe. What should I do?
Occasional delays may occur due to factors such as holidays, customs checks, or periods of increased demand.
How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You will receive detailed instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive confirmation by email once the refund is processed.
